College of Agriculture and Environmental Sciences (CAES)
The College of Agriculture and Environmental Sciences (CAES) at Debark University is committed to advancing sustainable farming practices that safeguard natural ecosystems while ensuring the productivity and wellbeing of farmlands. As one of DKU’s six colleges and schools, CAES offers nine undergraduate and graduate programs designed to equip students with the knowledge and skills needed to tackle critical challenges in agriculture and environmental systems. The college focuses on ensuring a safe food supply, conserving the Simien Mountains National Park, maintaining a clean environment, and enhancing the quality of life for communities.
