College of Agriculture and Environmental Sciences has the following facilities.
The College of Agriculture and Environmental Sciences (CAES) at the Debark University offers a range of services aimed at advancing agricultural education, research, and community engagement.
- Academic Programs: CAES provides seven undergraduate programs and two postgraduate programs to produce professionals protect the environment and ensure global food security by adopting practices that preserve water, use fewer chemicals, and increase biodiversity
- Research Initiatives: College of Agriculture & Environmental Science conducts interdisciplinary research in selected thematic areas to address regional agricultural challenges.
- Community Outreach: In order to enhance regional farming methods, the College of CAES participates in technology transfer and community service projects in a variety of agro-ecologies.
- Farms: Numerous farms run by the College of Agriculture and Environmental Science—including horticultural, nursery, apiculture, dairy, and seed multiplication farms—support hands-on learning, research, and volunteer work. Together, these services support the growth of knowledgeable workers and the improvement of regional farming methods.
